Question Gray bios screen

I'm trying to enable VTX (intel virtualization) so I can run Bluestacks without any lag or stutters. But when I try to open my BIOS it just gives me a gray screen, I can still boot into windows, how do I fix this??

If you're on an HP prebuilt, using the serial number of your unit, see if the BIOS on said prebuilt is pending a BIOS update.
