Question Gray Screen forcing manual restart when playing games

Hello everyone, I've been struggling recently with a problem that causing my pc to go completely gray or dark blue when playing games, closing my applications and causing me to restart my pc. I've tried several things already like resetting my entire computer, checking temps, scanning for malware, updating drivers and windows, checking displayport and hdmi cables, scanning for corrupted windows files, etc. I can't seem to figure out how to fix it. Please help

RX 580 8gb, 1050w Corsair PSU (Its a lot of watts bc my uncle gave it to me i know theres no reason to have this many watts.), Ryzen 5 1400, 1TB HDD, 16 gb Corsair Vengeance DDR4

and the crashes so far have occured most in League of Legends, I've also crashed in CSGO, but playing Rainbow Six Siege i've had no problems.
