Great Build With all the requirements to play fairly large games yet it still lags!! Help!!

I have recently build a gaming desktop with a B450M DS3H motherboard, a Radeon RX580 graphics card, Corsair Tx550M power supply, an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor, with 16 GB of ram. When I play games like World of tanks and War thunder the lag makes playing impossible. The mouse won't move smoothly across the screen and it takes five minutes to even get to the exit button!! Please help!!

I've learned from a website that it could be my drivers which it said were horribly outdated. Is there a way to fix this? I am updating them at this time so hopefully it helps. Any feedback would be appreciated.

CPU: AMD fx-6300
MoBo:ASUS M5A88-M
PSU:CORSAIR VS-450w
GPU:Nvidia GTX 1050 2gb DDR5
RAM:Corsair XMS3 + Corsair Vengance (both 4gb DDR3 1600mhz)
OS:Windows 7 64-bit
