Great FPS, now sudden FPS drops/lag

I've had my graphics card for roughly 9 months to a year, and It's been doing amazing for fps games and such, but recently it all the sudden dropped around 60 fps in every game i play, which is a big deal in games like PUBG, and Overwatch.

I've tried everything you can think of, DDU, Reinstalled windows, Reinstalled the game, cleaned my pc for dust and made airflow better(was never the problem), nothing is overclocked besides my CPU(used the automatic one in my bios) and my temps seem to be good checked on 2 different programs to make sure. yeah I'm just about to give up idk what happened :/ any tips/fixes is helpful

specs: 16GB ram | i7 4790k | GTX 1060 6GB SC |

Install msi afterburner and open task manager
Then when gaming look at he CPU / gpu usage, it should give you a idea with is under performing.

What temps are your CPU / GPU hitting under load ?

What temps are your CPU / GPU hitting under load ?

usage while gaming for my gpu is around 98% and for my cpu its around 50-60%
temps of my gpu are around 42c and cpu is 32c while idle
70-87c for gpu and 40's(high and low) for cpu while gaming
