Great In-Game monitoring method for those of you who like to use Msi Afterburner but dislike the overclocking!!

I have been searching for an alternative to the msi afterburner software for seeing my in game temps and usage but without the over clocking that comes with it.

I have found a great way of getting the same monitoring features (actually more features!) by using a combination of two programs. (VERY EASY TO SET UP)

-First Download HWInfo and Rivatuner Statistics server and install both.
-Run HWinfo and start it up selecting 'Sensors only' when prompted.
-Run rivatuner and enable 'Show own statistics'
-Click on Configure Sensors in HWinfo and click on the OSD (RTSS) Tab. Now click on the Sensor you wish to monitor in-game so it is highlighted and tick the box that says 'Show value in OSD'
-Wallah! leave both running minimized and play your game!

Note - Default settings in RTSS will show your fps and your chosen monitoring sensors in the top left of the screen in purple colour (this can be change in the RTSS settings).

Yea that's why I originally used it but sadly I can't recommend it now. I have had some weird bugs with it that have caused problems with my gpu without me touching any of the overclocking settings, I made a thread about it a few days ago actually if you were interested in checking it out.

Thanks for your response!
