I'm looking to build a computer, specifically for two things.
1) Dolphin emulator, and
2) SDK programs
(In terms of gaming for next-gen games like AC4 and Watch Dogs, I already have an Xbox One for those games so it doesn't matter.)
I'd like to use SDKs like Unreal Engine and CryEngine to start with a computer science and video game design path for the future.
For Dolphin, I'd like the power to run games like Skyward Sword and Super Mario Galaxy 2 at 1080p with 4x native resolution and max (or near-max) settings.
I have a case, optical drive, monitor, keyboard/mouse, and Windows 7 Ultimate x64.
My budget can go as high as $750 if need be. What would be the best computer build I can get for the things I want to do?
