Great PC For Gaming?

So I am going to build my first ever pc and I was wondering if it would be able to run games like dayz, csgo, witcher 3, h1z1, skyrim and other similar games on max settings with high fps. First ever post so hopefully I put it under the right category.

Better build:
Changed the PSU to a more reliable one
Changed the RAM to faster and better for a dollar more (also is red+black to match your build)
Changed the Mobo to a cheaper and better one.
Faster, double the size, and more reliable SSD. (Model newer than the 840 for the same price)

Can you explaing how that Mobo is better than the one I had chosen? Also is the sound card necessary? Heard the ones in the mobo do just fine.

You do not need a sound card and:
