Great PC Low Frames

I have a GTX 1080, i7 6700,16GB RAM, I should easily get about 300 frames and even on kow settings i get 60 at the most and on CSGO i have settings the lowest they can go, example: low, very low, Antialiasing off.

your monitor must be only 60Hz. it's not worth it to get more FPS if you monitor is limited to 60Hz. If you want to get higher framerates, with your monitor unable to display it, you should disable Vsync
