I have a Dell Dimension B110 that show a green and flashing amber light on the front of it when I power it up. There is a green light on the motherboard. However! When I unplug the power connector to the CD player and then power it up, the amber light & green light comes on steady (the amber light stop flashing), but the unit will not boot-up. I have changed out memory, CPU, and even replaced the power supply. When I replaced the power supply the unit then booted up and ran great, for about :30 mins and than the unit shut down. The power supply had burn up. So, I re-installed the original power supply and I'm back to the steady green light on and amber light flashing when the power connector is connected to the CD player and I power it up. Once I up plug the CD player connector and power it up the green and amber lights comes on steady. Either way the unit will not boot-up. What could this be?
