(somethings definitely not right with that MOBO monitoring.. feel the pc and it is absolutely not that. not sure if that has anything to do with whats going on)

PSU is a Thermaltake LT-650AL2NL

as far as i remember, i had this issue about 2 months before my gtx 760 2gb died, then replaced it with the 1050, now the issues getting worse and worse over time. its to the point it happens as soon as i boot up now.

ive also had the same RAM, Harddrive, CPU, since 2013. got the PSU and Mobo in 2016

edit: the issue also affects windows with text, like steam opened up in the taskbar here
