Green areas and flickering screen

In the last week or so my monitor started showing some areas with green pixels, this happens mostly on black areas (sometimes just little areas, other times a huge area). This is both on my background and playing videos. My monitor also sometimes turns off at random times and then comes back on. I have tested my computer on another monitor and everything looks fine, as soon as I switch back it happens again. And then other times, it seems like everything is fine. Hopefully it comes out on the photo I linked.

Sounds like a bad monitor.
