Question Green boot light on Z390F

Title says it all, I'd love to get some info on what it ACTUALLY means and what I can do to fix it, when I turn on monitor it says "no signal detected" aswell. Mobo lights up and all and so do the other components (aside from my aio which I'll look into)

woops forgot to change the CPU on that list, I actually have the 9700k
