[SOLVED] Green diagonal lines appear on the monitor in some games when looking at certain things ?

So i've noticed that in some games,sometimes there may appear some diagonal green lines all over the monitor and the screen becomes greenish.But when i look away,these lines disappear and only come back when i look at the same place.What is this and what should i do?Should i be worried?

I've noticed that if i change the frequency to 120Hz these lines and the tint disappear

I've managed to find the solution:
I entered the settings from the monitor itself and: 1.turned off game mode 2.Enabled DCR
I don't know which one of these helped but if someone has a similar problem i suggest you to play around with the settings from the monitor itself
