Question Green dots on my laptop screen (like glitter) ?

Hello,

I have had an Asus Expertbook Laptop for 1,5 years and a few days ago, I suddenly started noticing a bunch of spread green dots on my laptop screen. I thought these could be stuck pixels but they look too small and too many compared to other images or descriptions from the internet.


Some aspects:

• the green dots are static (they don't flicker, or move even if I restart my pc)
• they are always visible (even on the boot screen)
• I can only see them when the screen is black, otherwise, they are nearly impossible to be noticed
• some are bigger/brighter, others are smaller (spread like glitter). Looks like the screen was sprayed with some acid or something like that (never happened)

Some past incidents:

• 6 months ago I spilt wine on the keyboard (while the laptop was ON), and then took it to a repair shop where it was cleaned

What I tried:

• using pixels massage technique (pressing with a clean cloth on the green area to "unblock pixels")
• updating/reinstalling the display driver
• using pixel unstuck tools like jscreenfix
• checking if they will appear on the second display via HDMI cable (they didn't appear there)
