Hello,
I have had an Asus Expertbook Laptop for 1,5 years and a few days ago, I suddenly started noticing a bunch of spread green dots on my laptop screen. I thought these could be stuck pixels but they look too small and too many compared to other images or descriptions from the internet.
Some aspects:

Some aspects:
- the green dots are static (they don't flicker, or move even if I restart my pc)
- they are always visible (even on the boot screen)
- I can only see them when the screen is black, otherwise, they are nearly impossible to be noticed
- some are bigger/brighter, others are smaller (spread like glitter). Looks like the screen was sprayed with some acid or something like that (never happened)
- 6 months ago I spilt wine on the keyboard (while the laptop was ON), and then took it to a repair shop where it was cleaned
- using pixels massage technique (pressing with a clean cloth on the green area to "unblock pixels")
- updating/reinstalling the display driver
- using pixel unstuck tools like jscreenfix
- checking if they will appear on the second display via HDMI cable (they didn't appear there)
