Hi guys i have a problem with my monitor. There are green dots on my screen.I have lastest graphic driver and i am using hdmi cable. When i turn my monitor off and turn it on again i cant see any dots on screen. Also I bought my pc 4 days ago, everything is new.

Monitor:Asus VN248H
Graphic Card:Gigabyte GV-N770OC-2GB
Motherboard:Asus Z87-Plus

And my english bad sorry.

Solution
Try Run >> Dxdiag and see if the dots are still there

Under Display tab, click on Test DirectDraw
and click on Test Direct3D

and see if the dots are still there

If they are I think the video card is bad and you should return the Computer to where you bought it, to see if they will exchange it.

If not, you might have to send the video card back to Gigabyte for repair/replacement.

I test with my gpu another program and green dots appear again.I will change video card Thx :)

I think I had the same problem. Green dots all over the screen (and I tested the screen: clear).
I changed my screen configuration on windows from 60hz to 50hz and its seems to have worked.

Also, I saw a guy on youtube who baked his gpu and he sad it helped.

Good luck

Are you using an HDMI for your video connection if so make sure it is properly seated on both monitor and video card could be causing the issue not a faulty system

dude thank you so much!!I am using a dvi but that was the problem. In my gpu,the cable wasn't all in the way and it was causing those green pixels. Not many pixels but noticeable.I tried to recreate the problem by pushing the cable just a bit off but it made the green pixels100 times more ,so maybe it needed just a small pushThank you!

Wow, THANK YOU!!!

That simple thing was the solution to my case as well. I was sure that the GPU had the problem but i was mistaken. I only had tosimply push harder the cable towards the graphics card. Thank you so very much!

Your a legend so simple but so helpful

I'm having this problem now, hope it works for me

Finally found the solution to the green spots. This only started when I bought a new TV. To fix for ps4 go to video output settings and turn off deep colour output. This worked for me.
