Hi all

Here's my PC Spec:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI B450 GAMING PRO CARBON AC ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: Samsung 970 Evo 1 TB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
Video Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 Super 6 GB GAMING X Video Card
Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

Computer runs great...except the following issue.

It's hooked up to two screens - one 21 inch monitor, and one 65 inch tv for gaming :)

Occasionally, when I turn on the TV and change the source to the PC, there are green flickering dots in the lower half of the screen. Here' s a video below - you'll need to go full screen and watch in HD to see them properly, but it's quite obvious.

I've set some games to open automatically on the TV, instead of the monitor. About 50% of the time, I open Call of Duty, and it looks like the following:

The quickest way to sort both of the above issues is to go my display settings via the desktop menu, and change "multiple displays" to "duplicate these displays" and then back to "extend these displays".

The green dots/weird green colours then disappear.

Other info:

-Small monitor is set to 1920 x 1080
-TV is set to 3840 x 2160

Since messing with the display settings solves the issue, it seems to be a software rather than a hardware (GPU) issue?

Thanks in advance
