I have two GTX 770s in SLI and play on a 1080p tv. A month or two ago little green dots started appearing on my screen only when I ran games. The dots would persist for the first couple minutes, flickering around most or all of the screen, then disapear. After a week or two of this, it just stopped. For a month and a half, nothing happened. The other night I disconnected the monitor to move it and then reconnected it. When we turned it on it was good for a couple hours and then it started again except this time it doesn't stop until I exit the game. My GPUs both run about 50-60 degrees immediately after heavy gaming and 30-35 degrees idle. I switched to a different monitor but the problem persists. HOWEVER, i diabled SLI and the green dots stopped completely. Is one of my GPUs shot? Both? Driver Issue? (I have the latest drivers) sorry about the length of this question. Thanks for any help!

ok let me explain this.... there is 1 main GPU and 1 extra GPU the main 1 takes up the most load while the other 1 takes care of the rest if the main gpu runs to hot it will start to detoriate and wear down shortening its lifetime what happened to u is probably a gpu overheated but u just kept gaming with it and u damaged it... i recommend running mircosoft fix it or another program to find out the issue more in depth

Are you only seeing the dots while gaming?
Have you tried a different DVI\HDMI cable?
I was getting random dots from a bad DVI cable.
It was worse when the cable was stretched tight.
After replacing the DVI cable the dots disappeared for good.

I switched my HDMI cable to a DVI and a different monitor. But the dots still appeared. And ya, the dots only appear when gaming and when SLI is enabled
