Question Green Horizontal Lines on screen when GPU is enabled

Was playing Siege as I do daily, when the whole laptop (Legion 5-15IMH05 - Type 82AU) suddenly froze, after force rebooting, the whole screen was filled with these green lines. I get no output on an External monitor via HDMI port. Disabling the dedicated GPU fixes the green lines issue so I am sure it's GPU related. I have not stressed the GPU after the issue started to not make the lines worse.

So, I'm wondering if there is any way to fix it? or is it even not worth taking the risk to try and get it fixed? It has no warranty as it's already 3 years old.
Please let me know if there's any other info I can provide to figure out the exact issue.

Error code 43, that means your GPU's dead/gone/kaput. You can confirm this by using GPU-Z, you should be seeing zero's in more than one field. Sadly there's no way to fix it...well, you could try and see if the laptop is pending any BIOS updates but it's beyond salvage.
