Green light on motherboard but pc doesn't boot

I just built a computer yesterday and when I turned on the power supply a green light on the motherboard turned on. When I actually tried to turn it on nothing happens. The fans don't spin and there aren't any noises . I have checked the thread that supposed to help you fix your computer if you won't boot up but none of it worked any ideas?

Is the mobo and all in the case? If so may want to pull it it out and bench it;

What is your PC spec? Maybe the components have compatible problem.
