[SOLVED] Green line on my monitor screen ?

A thick, light-green line has appeared on my monitor and it's flickering rapidly. Is it my ryzen 3 2200G or I gotta change the monitor ?

If possible, try the monitor on a different computer to see if the problem follows the device.
