Question Green lines on laptop screen when booting from usb flash drive ?

Hi, I got a Lenovo G770 laptop and decided to upgrade it to an SSD. However when I did so and tried to install a new OS on it, it just blackscreens with green (and other colored) lines on the top of the screen. When any button is hit it just restarts.

previous HDD: Kingston SA400S37 240GB
new SSD: Radeon R3SL 120GB

P.S. Everything else works fine, when SSD is top boot priority it asks to insert a disk and the HDD still works fine with OS on it.

Is the new SSD the Kingston one?
The old HDD from AMD is SSD as well.

Check the OS install drive, make one with the windows media creation tool
