Green pigment on gpu board

Hi!

I was cleaning my pc when I noticed a green pigmentation on my GPU. Is this normal? Please check the link below. Thank you in advance.

Can't really tell by the pictures, is that inside the board? Is the video card working fine? If it's working fine, don't worry about it, the whole board looks green, maybe just a bit of a color change in the plastic.

Hi there! It's the side of the pcb. The other parts are colored yellow. The gpu works perfectly. Max temps while playing witcher 3 on ultra is only 65c. It is a Zotac AMP Extreme Gtx 1070 btw.
