[SOLVED] Green pixel when there should be black

I just got a new monitor and in the middle of the screen there is one pixel that turns green when it goes darker, it goes completely green when it is completely black. It displays every other color though specifically bright colors.

Make and model monitor?

Does the green pixel appear when the monitor is used on another computer?

If so, the monitor may be defective and need to be returned.
