So, about an hour ago this problem was not occurring and I honestly have no clue what is going on. I browsed some other threads discussing problem like this but none of the solutions worked for me. Okay so here I go, here is all of the information I can give you. Ony my desktop I am seeing weird, "glitter" like green pixels flashing (See Video Below). On Google Chrome on white, I see no problem except for writing this post I now see this. Pink/Purple flashing pixels. These artifacts move with the screen and are obviously not static.
