So, I recently built my first PC and need some help.

PC specs:
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 3.6 GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard - Asus TUF GAMING X570-PLUS (WI-FI) ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory - Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3600 CL18 Memory
SSD - Western Digital Black NVMe 500 GB M.2-2280 NVME Solid State Drive
HDD - Seagate Barracuda Compute 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card - ASRock Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB Phantom Gaming D OC Video Card
Case - Thermaltake V200 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply - Asus ROG Strix 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply
It seems that any time I play a game or try to run benchmark tools like PCMark10, my monitor flashes green for a few moments and then my PC restarts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, used DDU to clean and refresh the drivers. Nothing seems to work. I don't know where to go from here, so I'm reaching out to y'all to see where I can start. I can't tell if this is a Graphics card problem, motherboard problem, cpu problem, overheating, power or what. PC Partpicker indicated there were no incompatibilities found. The recommended PSU for the 5700 XT is typically 600w or more. Your PSU is slightly under-powered per that recommendation. I would recommend you replace your current PSU with a quality 650w unit.

An under-powered will cause system issues, as you are describing.

Double check that your video cable is connected securely at both ends. You may want to try an alternate cable as well.
