My Windows 10 insider build crashed and the "green" (not blue) screen of death appeared with the code BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO.
I've tried the following fixes but all failed:
  1. Resetting. Cannot reset.
  2. Resetting the registry. It gets the "Data error (cyclic redundancy check)" thing.
  3. All other possible fixes except the booting from a CD and resetting completely because I don't wanna lose my apps and settings.
Please help me.

GSOD can be GPU errors or are you running Insider edition?

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - handy boot drive if you don't have one

Anything apart from apps you don't want to lose? this shows how:
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
type notepad and press enter
in notepad, select file>open
Use file explorer to copy any files you need to save to USB or hdd

have you tried running chkdsk on drive?
