Question Green screen tearing, color shifts, and crashing at seemingly random times.

Green screen tearing, color shifts, and crashing at seemingly random times, like stated above. So far only during gaming seems like all games so far. I've used DDU to re install graphic drivers. Now none of the RGB on the board is working including the G skill sticks. Any solutions?

Rog strix z490-e gaming
x4 8 gig memory sticks G skill RGB

And all games, like DA:O and the rest of the trilogy, Assassins' creed games, And its a brand new rig all water cooled.

cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd usage during the game?

Loop temp never get higher then 30c -31c
Core temps don't get higher then 37c on the CPU cores, and 35-36 on the GPU

Looking at 30-40% usage on CPU. GPU, RAM, and spikes of 20 on the M.2's but usually no more then 10%

Yes new build a month old if that.

Hard to tell when it crashes with the green pixel blocks, and what I call color shift, since it go from normal to tie-dye on the movie I watch on my other screen (2)
