Green stripes on monitor

Hello everyone,
I have a powercolor HD6790
and i have some green stripes on my monitor as shown in the images

27.07.2017 : Uninstalling all the old graphics drivers then installing a new one fixed the problem.

Try a new cable between GPU and monitor for starters.
