Green tint on external monitor

I have a Viewsonic VS14818 plugged into my laptop, I accidentally changed something and a message came up on the screen, changing the monitor from RGB to something else starts with a L i think. Now it has a green tint. I have check cables and restore factory setting doesn't work, any help??

My Playstation 4 is also plugged in and it works prefectly
