hi all, i have this problem with my monitor, and im not sure what to do at this point. it's a green tint on about 1/2 the screen, as it fades into the normal colors. it's a slight tint on the right side, but it's slight. its barely enough to notice it on blacks, or playing games like KF2, or ROTTR, but it is very noticeable on games with lots of whites and bright colors. i managed to "fix" it by taking the cords out, and replacing them, but after about an hour it reappeared. ive done this multiple times with still no avail. also, it will randomly turn off. i was playing a game, and it just disappeared for ~30 seconds then reappeared again. this has nothing to do with the computer itself, because after testing the tv modem on my monitor, it too had the green tint. im not sure if its my monitor or not, but when i unplug everything, it says "no display detected, switching to sleep mode in 5 minutes" and after letting it go to the corner, i THOUGHT i saw green, but im not entirely sure, since its all black but the lettering, which is white. its very difficult to see the green tint on a small amount of lettering. i have a DELL S2340M (Digital) LED monitor. thats atleast what my device manager tells me. any help?

We'll, it's not over clocked, and I'm using a dvi to hdmi cord.

Perhaps try a different cable? You never can be too sure.

I've tried both cables I have on two different devices. I appreciate the help, but I've already tried that.
