I've recently facing an issue that turns my screen into solid grey (if looking close to the monitor seems to have very settle white noise effect) and if i unplug and plug back the HDMI turns into green a solid green screen, forcing me to manual reboot. My GPU is a Radeon RX570 (Driver Version 20.12.1, just reinstalled because a bug error from the AMD software application) and I'm experiencing it only when gaming (it's been a while bacause i was waiting for the new PSU to arrive and i did not game in a little over than a month) even if i'm on the game menu (playing mainly CoD Warzone)...While browsing, watching movies, listening music or whatever is not gaming the PC runs fine, i play a couple of games in CoD and or crashes because of a AMD bug or gives me this wierd screen glitch. I've had this issue only once before, a little over a month ago just before stopping playing games because of PSU issues (PC was turning off)...
