Grey horizontal lines

I bought a new acer g277hu monitor and it has these grey horizontal lines moving up and they never go away on my 2nd monitor the display is fine and I checked the cable I used dvi-d and display port neither fix the lines

Are the lines on the exact same place regardless of which monitor you use as your secondary display? If so then the issue could be compounded to your GPU and/or it's drivers. Mind sharing your full system's specs with us? If the lines are on one particular monitor irrespective of being secondary or primary display then the monitor is at fault.

Yh it's only one monitor Acer G277HU that has the problem
