Question Grey lines across screen

I've had this monitor for a while now it's the BenQ XL2430, and it only happens in csgo and has never happened before on any other monitor or game. Whenever I tab out or tab back in I will get these weird grey horizontal lines across my screen, then whilst playing the same thing will happen. It only happens in this game so I don't know why it's not happening elsewhere. any help would be amazing.

Try running it in windowed mode or don't use Alt-Tab while playing games.

Hey sorry it's taken me so long to get to this. So I have disabled ALT+TAB, but the issue still persists, even at normal resolution 1920x1080, defualt graphics settings, hell I even did a complete wipe of the graphics drivers. Thankfully it only happens in CSGO so I can't complain to much, just kind of annoying to me whenever I game.
