Question Grey lines in some games

Hello everyone. It is going to be my first thread in this forum. I'm using 3 weeks old Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 82K200K0TX model laptop.
My specs are:

RTX 3060 90W GPU
AMD Ryzen 5 5600H CPU
16 GB (8x2) 3200 MHz Ram
Micron M.2 512 GB SSD

So here is my problem. I noticed it today when I was playing Far Cry 3. While Anti Aliasing and Motion Blur settings are off, I'm receiving grey-ish vertical lines in the left area of the laptop screen. I should mention in some games it happens intensely, in some games it is very difficult to notice. But generally If I look hard enough I can notice it. I uploaded a photo, you can see the lines near the minimap. I'm actually so concerned about this. I was running some tests to determine whether my GPU is damaged or not.

Here are my temperatures, I've tested them in some intense games.

RTX 3060 GPU
at 60W: Max 70 Degrees Celsius
at 90W: Max 78 Degrees Celsius

Ryzen R5 5600H CPU
at 25W: Max 85 Degrees Celsius
at 30W: Max 93 Degrees Celsius

I don't know about the grey lines but I think these values are considered to be normal. Also I don't have any problems with FPS values either.
Should I worry about anything?

Thanks in advance.

Do you get any lines when not gaming? What resolution and refresh rate are you using?

My screen refresh rate is 165 Hz and resolution is 1920x1080.

Nope I haven't noticed any lines when not gaming. Its intensity depends on the game and some spesific settings actually. For example there is not any lines in the game Max Payne 3. But in Far Cry 3 I'm getting the lines that could be seen in the photo I uploaded. But strangely If I turn motion blur and anti aliasing on at the same time those lines are decreasing in Far Cry 3.
