Question Grid lines on laptop screen ?

Hello! I have an issue with my laptop, and I'm trying to determine what the issue is with the screen having lines across it ?


P.S I have already determined its not the GPU since boot and bios settings have the same lines across.
Im trying to determine whether its the LVDS Cable or the Display itself.
I have an Asus K501UX Laptop Thank youu!

Usually random lines mean a faulty screen, while defects all over the viewable area may be caused by anything. See screen defect examples on this page. Try to upload image, please.
