Question Grinding noise on TUF 3060 ti even on new fans

So I bought a TUF 3060 ti used for 200 bucks(pretty suspicious I know) and it was.
The gpu had high temps which I easily fixed with new thermal paste.The original fans were making this horrible grinding noise.Anyway I got replacement fans which are the exact same model just without the asus and TUF branding. Well after replacing them these fans are grinding as well .The temps are cool as ever about 65 to70 MAX degrees celsius under full load in furmark.The noise happens between 2250 rpm to 2400 rpm on both the old and new fans. I don’t know if it is to the housing of the gpu or that it is grinding on the heatsink.Any help is more than appreciated.

Use MSI Afterburner to set a fan curve where the RPM goes from 2200 to over 2400 so you do not get inside that noise range.

Thanks for the advice, but I managed to fix it by just unscrewing the fans and then tightening them up again although I do have a suspicion that they are going to somehow get loose agin. Well at least I know the solution now.
