Grinding noise, only on boot for around two minutes

So I've had this issue for a while and cannot remember how I fixed it on a previous build. The computer will boot up and occasionally make a grinding noise for around 1-2 minutes, whilst booting and during initial load.

The cooler, which I assume is the issue is a H115i. It has made this sound from being about a month old.

Thought a Google Drive link to an audio clip would be the best example of the sound.

I'd say that's the pump in the H115i
