What is the best to way to ground myself when cleaning inside of my PC?
This is what I currently do:
Reviewing these steps, I'm wondering if I should be touching the power supply with the power cable connected (with the PSU switched on but PC off).
This seem okay?

- Turn off PC
- Disconnect power cable from power supply
- Touch back of power supply
- Open case and clean with either compressed air or rocket blower (and Q-tips for stubborn dirt)
