Gs700 psu not working

I replaced my Corsair TX650 with a Gs700 when i plug in the GS700 the light on my motherboard lights up but the pc wont turn on, I plugged in an even older psu to see if its my pc or the new psu and it turned on. I did the paperclip test and the GS700 turns on but not when its plugged into my system it seems.

I just plugged in the old psu again just to make sure and now the pc wont start with both the light on the motherboard turns on but when i press the button it doesnt turn on
