[SOLVED] Gskill ripjaw proper bios setup?

I just upgraded my cross hair v formula z with a fx 9590 to gskill ripjaw 2x8gb1600 10 10 10 30. I went into bios and turned on the docp and selected 1600 this resulted in stuttering and then eventually a freeze 30 seconds after log in. I then selected the profile that had the name of the ram in it and that resulted in a blue screen. I have it set in manual mode and set to 10 10 10 30 and cpu z says it's 10 10 10 28 it works like this though. It works if I turn the ai profile off and cpu z says it's 11 11 11 28 and dual channel. Do I need the ai profile on or just leave it in auto?

Is the ram you purchased listed as compatible with your motherboard and CPU on the motherboard memory QVL?

Samsung ssd
750 watt psu
I tried finding the list with compatible ram but couldn't find it. I went with this ram because people on some forums said it will work well.
