Solution
Go with what fits your budget and what is aesthetically pleasing to you. G.Skill is a very good brand in my experiences, so either series will be fine.

I'm not familiar with the differences in the two series however.

You could overclock the ram. You will probably be able to reach 3200mhz. you can do it manually or automatically. Most modern BIOS's will be able to automatically overclock your machine, but sometimes it's not the most stable overclock.

If you must have 3200mhz then you are better off buying the kit that is intended to run at those speeds.

The advantage is more in the speed at which you can move BULK data to and from the RAM.

Typically most modern games will cache all the data from your HDD on the ram only once and keep the data on the RAM until you close the game. While playing, your RAM is not really under much strain, since all the data was loaded in once you started the game.

So all you are really doing is filling up your RAM, not so much saturating the bandwidth of the memory.

Hope this made any kind of sense to you. lol.
