processor= athlon II x4 600

please guys i need help.............

STEPS THAT I HAVE ALREADY TRIED=
1.I have increased dram voltage its no use.
2.used in another PC, the defective one responds in other pc.
3. upgraded my bios.

i have tried both ram in 4 slots together
one ram (the one working) in 4slots individually
the other(not working) in 4 slots individually

So these 2 sticks of memory were not purchased as a 2 stick set?

When memory is part of a single kit, that means that the 2 sticks of memory were tested to make sure they work together. When you just buy two random sticks of memory, they might work together, not work together at all, or work together for a random amount of time, and then lock your computer up.

Buying random sticks of memory individually is like gambling. Sometimes you win, but more often than not, you do not win.

You did not include the memory part number, so that is the best I can tell you for now.

1.They were part of a set.
2.I went to return it but they tested it and both of them responded so they refused any compensation rather asked me to submit the motherboard for further inspection.(Although it seems fine to me)

Except for the fact that the memory isn't working on the motherboard.

If they found the memory to be good, let them look at the motherboard. If they find that it is a motherboard problem, they have solved your problem for you.
