Gskill Ripjaws V Overclocking issue

I have a kit of 2x8gb Gskill Ripjaws V 2400mhz. Recently I have overclocked it to 3200mhz. Now should I put it like that or downclock it again? And how am I supposed to know if it is stable or not? It doesn't work with 3400mhz, so I think 3200mhz is its limit.

Run memtest86 overnight. If there are no errors, then it is OK to use.
