Im mainly curious about the difference between the Tridents and Trident X? And out of all the above mentioned in the title, which one should I get? I have little to no knowledge on overclocking RAM so I probably wont be doing that. Im looking to buy dependable RAM that I can just plug and play with ASAP.

That's always my first suggestion, have had a few go with the Snipers for looks, some worry about the upper fin of the Tri X's (which they shouldn't be, it's easily removable, there's two small setscrews that hold the upper fin on...and little to no (about 3 degrees) loss of cooling
The original Trident line out back with, I think the 1156 mobos in the mid/latter part of 2009, and some models are still available, the Trident X line originated as an approach to both socket 2011 and the Ivy Bridge CPUs with the intent of targeting Haswell for it's release (which is where it it now with, in particular the higher freq 2666 and up sets...)....in part the earlier release allowed for the advanced development of the Tri's and to build up a stock of high freq sets, which in part also allows for the Trident X's to offer lower prices on them today than many of the competitors - i.e. Corsair finally released a 2400/32GB set a few months ago theat is much higher priced than the Tri Xs which are much more mature - I got my 2400 32GB set of them in May of Last year
