I purchased a G.SKILL TridentZ Series 3200mhz 2x8 16gb specifically this one here https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231929 but when i check it on cpuz it only showing 1600mhz, My motherboard is MSI z270 gaming m5 and i7 7700k processor. I already enable XMP on the bios.

The 2 memory is inserted on slot1 and slot3.

How can i increase its frequency?

Here's some screenshots from cpu-z

Solution
1600MHz is the external clock frequency. The DDR (Double Data Rate) frequency is 3200MHz.

There's nothing wrong. Your DIMMs are operating at 3200MHz DDR. CPU-Z doesn't display the DDR speed only the external memory clock speed.

What is the best software to check for memory frequencies?

Except that DDR doesn't have anything to do with dual channel mode.

Double Data Rate (DDR) transfers data on both the rising and falling edges of the clock signal even when operating in single channel mode.
