Question GSkill Trident Z RGB not working properly

I have a 2 sticks of G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3000mhz C16 slotted in on A2 and B2 on my motherboard (Maximus XI Hero WIFI) but the RGB's don't work properly. They don't light up while the system is turned off (only when it's on), and they're not getting detected in both armoury crate and aura sync, i have SPD write enabled but to not effect, I have no idea what to do

I've worked with 5 kits of the Trident Z RGB rams on 4 different builds, with boards used from Asus, ASRock, Gigabyte and MSI. None of them had the rams light up when the system was in standby mode.

Ok so thats not a problem then ig, saw it in one of hardwarecanucks' videos. Could you answer my other problem?
