can i use another kit of gskill which has slightly different timing than wat i have in the system right now. Both are gskill run at 1.65v one is 9-11-11-31-2N and the other is 9-11-10-28-2N?!!

You can.
They are not guarantied to work out of the box.
You might need to go to the BIOS and set the slower timings manually for all dims.
