It is there now. We did E911 drive testing last summer and the system was up
prior to startig the E911 installations. Coverge is good in Tampa.

This was for AT&T WS - soon to be Cingular.

Cingular did not have Lic or specturm in the Tampa Market. Late last
year they purchased the Lics and spectrum from Nextwave in a couple of
markets and one of those was Tampa. Either way you should see GSM
rollout in that market by June.
