I posted recently about this but didn't know the problem till now. Whenever I have Gsync turned on the menus in all my games are capped to 30fps. When I'm actually playing the game I will get frequent stuttering issues and it will feel very laggy. However, when it's off I have no problems. I don't want to leave it off because I paid a lot of money for Gsync. My hardware is also more than cable of pushing my monitor's capabilities. I have the ROG PG278QR.
