Gsync Worth It?

Is Gsync worth it? I have a 1070 and am debating between two monitors.
One is 150$ for 24 inch 144hz 1080p and the other is 300 27inch 1080p 144hz Gysnc.

What monitor is $300 with gsync? But yes it’s worth it in my experience. With a 1070 tho, would be looking at 1440p.
